Store Policies

Limits of liability for all merchandise shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.  Terms as provided are agreed to.

Shipping:
All packages must be opened and inspected for damages incurred during shipment, before signing any bill of lading or accepting any UPS packages.  All damage claims should be made with the carrier at that time.  productsbydustbusters.com is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment.

Return Policy: 
1. Defective/Damaged products
Customers will need to notify us within 15 business day upon receiving the products.

2. Wrong Items

We know that mistakes happen. Customers will need to notify us within 10 business days upon receiving the products. If the package is opened, or the merchandise is not suitable for resale condition, customers will only be entitled for a partial refund with a disposal fee (40%) credited from their total amount or an exchange for similar products. 

3. Return (Packages is still new, unused, sealed in packaging) 

Customers are able to return the product within 15 days upon receiving the products. The package is required to be in the same condition as it was received by the customer.   Refund: minus 10% for restocking.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges .
All returned product will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please make sure you clearly mark your RMA number on the shipping label of your package to ensure prompt response and to avoid miscommunication that will cause delay. 

Cancellations:

If a customer cancels prior to an order being shipped, we will refund the total purchase price and shipping minus the bank fees, (typically 2 - 4 %).  We are charged immediately by the bank.
